No, there is no cure. First off no one can really figure out what causes Fibromyalgia. That is what is making the cure difficult because you need to know the source before a cure can be devised. There are many theories but no conclusions.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over 5 yrs. ago. Theres alot of information on the web. "WebMd.com" is a good source of information. There are also many other ailments that come with FM. You can learn about these on the Internet. I haven't been pain free in years. The best I get is having the edge of the pain down. Some days are better than others. Good luck with your research.
