I have the 30 day trial of windows vista. The time is now up. Is there anyway i can still use it. Right now i just don't have the money to get the key. The only way i can get on the internet is useing Firefox. But i can only use it for the internet. I can't get into my computer. When i start it up i get a black screen. Then i get a box that say you have to buy the key. I hope you understand.

Thanks

You can extend it 3 times (total of 120 days) -

All one needs to do is log into Windows Vista with administrator rights, launch the command prompt and type in:

slmgr –rearm

After a restart, the countdown timer will have reset to “43200 minute(s) (30 day(s).” Windows Vista will allow you to perform this operation a maximum of three times, so in theory, if one issues the “rearm” command on the last day of each trial period, a total of 120 days may be realized.

You have two choices - buy the software, or format your hard drive and install another OS.
