People, here we don't mean extremists, but extra-mists. (mist = cow dunk in German)

What bothers me is that so many people focus on the Christian Extremists. Most Christians are not like this.

Why it bothers me is that some people will start to associate Christians with those extremists and then to the thoughts that all Christians are extremists and therefore bad.

Think I'm being ridiculous?

When you think of a Muslim, do you think of a terrorist???

I know that there is a time to stand up for our beliefs and a time to pray, and a time to accept differences. We need to use discernment to know what is appropriate in a situation.

Consider what happened with the first ever Hindu prayer in the US senate. There were 3 people who vocally objected by praying Christian prayers out loud. These 3 people were visitors to the senate chambers. According to the American Family Association, only two senators were in the chamber at that time, and the 3 who objected were a pastor and his wife and daughter (unconfirmed). Understand that most Christians would not have made a fuss about this in this way. Because it makes others think that this was either the senators or the way that "most Christians" would feel. I can assure you that most christians I know would treat the Hindu with more respect than that.

So, while I realize that there are Christian extremists, please keep in mind, that these are not the feelings of the majority of Christians and the more that we focus on these videos, the more that people will think this is "our agenda."

Because it's not.

The same as I think of other religious and antireligious extremists.

How does one define extremist?

Right now I am much more concerned about Islamic extremists.

I don't care WHAT sect you belong to-

if it made me show an utter contempt and ignorance for the English language; and spell like this person, I'll have nothing to do with it
For Gods Sake man- do you speak like that 'cause your trying so hard to be cool, or is it only that you cannot type a simple sentence ?

Christian extremists? Radical, man. But what I really wonder about, is why people don't use the spell check when it's right there?

I think that word is an oxymoron. I would say legalistic. Furthermore, I think if you are a Christian, your life should be enough to share your beliefs. There isn't a need to push anything on anyone. It does nothing but turn people off.
