depends where u are in the world and what you need the cash for (some places offer better rates for home improvement loans, others for consolidation)

1st thing don't trust anyone claiming on this site ie check the intrest rates. 10,000 a lot of dosh if you can afford the re payments on the loan go to bank in your local town/city.
But why not check with the persons? you want the money for pay them direct you will pay in off quicker and get a better rate for re payment.
