Nope. As far as I know, the same chemical that makes it bad for dogs also makes it bad for cats.

No! The same chemical that will kill dogs can kill cats too. Not to mention the sugar is very bad for them, the milk solids are very difficult for them to digest.
Please, if it's not food especially made for cats (and even that stuff ain't all that great) please don't feed your cat anything that he wouldn't otherwise find in the wild.

I have my doubts... I think they don't say much about cats in regard to that mostly because...well it wouldn't be easy to force a cat to eat it... A dog on the other hand will scarf it down in 0.05 seconds.

No, it is harmful to them too. Also, it contains sugar and cats can not digest carbs. So please don't feed it too your cat.
