You can dot a little bit of hydrogen peroxide (the low % solution at the drugstore, not concentrated!). This will kill the bacteria and help clear up the pimple, but should be used very rarely because using it too much will damage your skin.

There are also dozens of products for acne available at the drugstore.

Witch Hazel is the gentlest and cleanest thing I think there is for clearing up pimples.

sounds weird, but toothpaste will dry up pimples, dab some on the pimple, let the paste dry, you can even sleep with it on overnight. Good luck
