I desparately need to see that stone and since the ark jusr disappeared with the 10 commandments then we really dont know which is the sabbath.
The bible says god created the earth in 6 days and rested on the seventh - i dont recall at that time God working off a Mon-Saturday work schedule - the days of the week were not even created until the roman empire went up long long after christ.
To me its simple - which ever day you dont work is your sabbath and most naturally thats the day you take to rest.

Did you know that the Bible tells about more than one sabbath? . . . God gave
sabbath laws to the Jews. But did you know that the Bible speaks of a different kind of sabbath that Christians are to keep? I do not keep one day a week as the Sabbath because the Bible says that requirement "was to be done away with." (2 Cor. 3:7-11; But there is a sabbath that
we do keep regularly. (Heb. 4:4-11)

Yea the Sabbath is on Saturday. They let the pastor and priest lie to them about the truth about the Sabbath. The Sabbath has never change! Christian were persecuted for their belief in the Sabbath back in the early times....
Christian say the Jews are suppose to follow the Sabbath and we are under the New Convent so we worship the first day BUT God bless the 7th day before any human was on Earth (Genesis 2:3).
Christian say they gather on the 1st day BUT people misinterpret the verse and write it down wrong too on here. Its UPON THE FIRST DAY Meaning before Sunday. Then did God say he was going to switch the day b/c hes the only who can reverse what HE said (Numbers 23:20.), not Paul which he did keep the sabbath ( Acts 17:2).
What would Jesus do?
In John 15:10 Jesus said "I have kept my father's commandments" and we can also find from scripture that Jesus attended church on the Sabbath day. "And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read." Luke 4:16
He would worship on the Sabbath!
Does it matter how we worship God?
Yes. In John chapter 4 the woman at the well asked Jesus the same question. Jesus responded: "the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24.
But isn't it very dangerous to tamper with God's law?
Changing Sabbath to Sunday is an insult to God because it attempts to alter His divine law.
"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God." Deuteronomy 4:2. "Every word of God is pure. ... Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar." Proverbs 30:5, 6.
God has specifically and positively forbidden men to change His law by deletions or additions. To tamper with God's holy law in any way is one of the most fearful and dangerous things a person can do.

No.
When the New Covenant came through Christ...sabbath celebration shifted from Saturday to Sunday. Christ rose from the dead on Sunday, establishing the New Covenant. The apostles (and the early church) met on the FIRST day of the week, which was (and is) Sunday.
Even so, Christ is our rest, our sabbath...
And man was not made for the sabbath, but the sabbath for man...

They changed it because it was the day Jesus was resurrected.
The Saturday sabbath was for the Israelites. We are not under that requirement anymore...Exodus 31:13, 16 and Romans 14:5-10

In the Bible it took God 6 days to create the heavens, the earth and every other living thing. On the 7th day he rested. Therefore the day of Sabbath is on the day when God rested.

Of course they are, Mr. D.:
But it was prophesied in Daniel 7:25 that a "man of sin should intend to change times and law."
Notice that the verse says he intends to. But God's law is not to be changed.
Jesus said it would be easier for the heavens and earth pass away than for one jot or tittle to pass from God's law.
This morning the heavens and earth were still here, so I guess God's law will not change.
The power that "intends" to change the law is also called the Abomination of Desolation by Jesus, and its identity is displayed in a secret Bible code, only revealed. at the end of the days. Select http://abiblecode.tripod.com

One more thing, Mr. D: The resurrection of Jesus and Pentecost experience were typified in the Old Testament by the FirstFruits and seven weeks later, Pentecost. That means those SUNDAY EVENTS were typified, thus fulfilled, and neither event or SUNDAY is enjoined upon the New Testament church FOREVER--for eternity.

They'll tell you Jesus changed the day to Sunday, even though there's 0% evidence of that.
