The soul,is the mind,will and emotions. The body is of course...blood,bone,flesh. The spirit, could be described as the spiritual heart.

I personally think we do ^^
I have followed this area for many years. I have a very firm belief that yes we do indeed have souls. As well as studied life after life. Not many are into the soul weighing business. But they have found that the human body does show an unexpected weight loss after death..Usually after 15 min of time will pass before the scale shows any ounce loss. The scientist and even some skeptics of the "soul" their are in a cloud of mist about it. What is that unexplainable weight loss the human body shows. In adult subjects it is a consistent loss maybe off by three-fourths of an ounce. Which is, yes, twenty-one grams.
People will say it is the after death mass but that was already calculated in to the loss. This was an unexplainable loss.

The word used for "soul" in the OT is a Hebrew word meaning "living being".
There's no evidence for an eternal "soul" as is common in today's culture.
So, no. Even if you believe the Bible.

You don't "have" a soul.
You ARE a soul or spirit.(same difference)
What you HAVE is a Mind and a Body.
To get the concept and reality of this just do this simple excercise:
Close your eyes and think of a cat.
Get a picture of a cat in your mind.
Any cat , one you have seen or one you just create.
When you have done this, ask yourself this question:
WHO is looking at that picture ?

I think that it is highly unlikely that we have a soul as defined by most religions. Unlikely but not totally impossible. It is one of those things that we just do not know enough about at this point.
