I suffer from the same thing, sometimes.
Stress, high blood pressure, dehydration, and allergies can contribute to your nosebleeds. Usually it is seasonal (dry air/heat).
I try to stay hydrated, as in drink water. Don't drown yourself but a few extra glasses (not gallons) a day won't hurt.
If you are stressed, maybe a few tings to help reduce your stress level (you know what it takes for you to relax a little, so I am not going to tell you what you should do here).
Try placing a humidifier in your room/environment to help moisten the air you breathe.
Also the saline type nasal sprays work really good, but don't get too caried away with them. Use it when you need to keep your sinus membranee moist, and then take a break after a few day. Dependency is possible with prolonged use. (Laugh if you will, my wife is an RN and she's the one who schooled me on this stuff).
Check with your doctor if you are taking prescription meds, maybe they are a factor in the nosebleeds.
Take care.

it's the dry time of year. Buy some "ocean spray" saline nose spray ( it's over the counter and harmless, just sea salt and pure water) and use it several times a day. This will rehydrate those dry sinus membranes and stop them from bleeding. If the nose bleeds continue after that, see your doc to be safe.

yes, stress can lead to nose bleeds. Not drinking enough water can also lead to them. So try to stay hydrated, stress-free, and healthy, doing that will reduce nose bleeds. Try to do some things to relieve the stress, maybe get a punching bag and wail on it whenever you feel stressed out, then drink lots of water during and afterward.
Good Luck!
Love, Becca

Hi myself and my daughter experience this try Saline spray from your local pharmacy, sometimes dry nasal membranes can be the problem, I was scared for a minute with my daughter, but like the doctor said after about a wk of treatment she dont get them no more , but you still should have a good check up if you have not recently, Best Wishes

Stress which can lead to high blood pressure can cause nose bleeds. If this continues to be a problem see your doctor. He can check your blood pressure and blood counts to make sure everything is okay. Good luck.
