i want to be an airforce pilot and i need to know recommendations and contract info or any info known

First of all they would go through the same training as any Air Force personnel and also through pilot's training. The contract would simply be the same that everyone in the military signs. It isn't different for the different jobs although there could be extras. As for pay. It's the same across the board for each rank no matter what their job is. For example, a captain who is a pilot would make the same as a captain who is an electrician as long as both have the same time in service.

You can not enlist out of highschool and be a pilot.
