How can you stop sandwich's sticking to your teeth?

It only happens when i eat a moist sandwich with butter on it,how can you stop it from happening.

Seriously, that is what happens when you eat a sandwich. It's from the bread. If you don't like it, try eating something else, like caesar salad or beans and rice.

Remove the bread.
