Did they invade and occupy iraq as a part of that policy or did they simply work behind the scenes to help iraq's citizens overthrow their own government? NO POINT! JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE LIKE YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE!!
