When it's your anger, there are a lot of healthy ways to deal with it. But this isn't your anger, it's your dad's and he's the one who needs to deal with it.
What happened is not your fault, and not your responsibility to fix.
I hope your dad came home before too long and was calmer. There might be more to the picture than you saw; he may be dealing with issues that had nothing to do with his blowup, but had his nerves frayed and set him up for an explosion.

Seems your very smart, Wow fights, I hope with words right, not the hitting type, They arent going to split right, like they love each other i would hope, I think maybe you should ask your mother about it first, Maybe your family can do what mine has done in the past, they had a family time meeting, which can help if you all agree to it., talk about how you all feel... that would help... Wish you luck, and dont be stressed out,, stress is no good...

All married people have words now and then. Then they make up,and ever thing is fine. Get them together and talk to them and tell them about how there fighting hurts you,and makes you depressed and scared, you can not cope with it.They will cool it.They love you and want to make you happy, also point out to them that having a family that supports each other is very important to you,and something you are proud of.Please don't fight anymore.Good luck, sweetie.

Kindness is catchy. Try being more kind than usual with your nervous dad, and I hope it will work. For instance when he comes home form work, give him a glass of cold water and create a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for him to take some rest.

What you need to remember is that it involves your Mom and Dad, not you. You need to stay out of it and let them work it out. If you interfere, it will only cause more problems.
