Sure - we have a very nice patio at the back of the house with a barbecue and nice garden furniture; what's your patio like?

If, however, you mean "can you talk "patois?" - it depends on what "patois" you mean: Jamaican patois (which is a version of English), Mauritian, Seychellois or Haitian patois (which are three different versions of French although there are a huge number of other French patois varieties), Cape Verde patois (which is a version of Portuguese), or do you mean one of the minority languages spoken in France, such as Basque, Occitan, Langedoc, Avergnat, Breton, Provençal, etc, which are called "patois" by French speakers but which are in fact separate languages to French, and in some cases, totally unrelated to it (as in the case of Basque and Breton)
