Okay, so he has a girlfriend. But he says he wants to breakup with her. I'm not sure if he likes me or not but I have a feeling he does. He seems pretty shy so help me out please!

don't try to hard to let him know....
that you are happy.....
feel kinda sad for him....
let him know you are there....
and most importantly be his friend.....
but one thing is you can't be to friendly.....
because then he would think you didn't like him in that kinda way....
i think you should just tell him how you feel.....
and let him tell you how he feels.....
and tell him you dont want to mess up the friendship....
but you would like to try and date him after he is over her...
never be the rebound gurl....
it doesn't feel nice...

maybe don't stay next to him don't talk to him then he will be going to you like a fish to a fishing pole.he will brek up with that other girl and go for you.so just ignore him and he will break up with that other girl and ask you out

Wait for them to break up.
Once they do, start touching him. Hug him when you see him (feel free to peck him on the cheek or lips when you do so), hold his hand, rest your head on his shoulder, whatever. Just touch him.

mess with ur hair alot and look at him the put on lip gloss and rub ur lips together and make sure hes looking!!!! then when ur done look over and smile at him and say hi by lipping it!!! he will smile back and say hey!!! its sooo amazing how it works thats how i got my b/f!!!

wait for him to actually break up with her. then become his friend, go places and talk! then slip the question "do u like me?" or ask a similar question like "is there a girl you like?" ^_^ its fun
