Jesus was sinless in life. He did take on the sins of the world as a sacrifice. Jesus death was the punishment for all mankind. When Jesus ascended back to Heaven and layed down the blood sacrifice, God the father accepted it.

Is this a trick question? Jesus was pure and without sin which made Him the perfect sacrifice for our sins.

Jesus Christ was/is sinless. God resurrected Jesus, because Jesus didn't deserve torture and death even though Jesus bore our sins and nailed them to the cross. God bless.

What sin was that? Christ was a perfect man, so he had
no need of forgiveness. And it is by him that we are forgiven
and have access to the Father, God.
