Stick with whole foods. Brown rice, lean ground turkey, chicken breasts, spinach, egg whites, tuna, black beans. Drink nothing but water. You need to be at a constant calorie deficit of no more than 500 calories per day thru diet and exercise. Read this article for more information:

so you have to lower your body fat percentage to see your six pack (you already have low body weight by the way)
you have to eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)
eat whole grain foods (old fashioned oatmeal, whole wheat bread, pita, wraps, wild and brown rice, whole wheat pasta, Kashi cereals etc), lean meat (chicken and turkey breast), fish, legumes, soy products (tofu, soy milk etc), milk products (cottage cheese, milk, yogurts etc), fruit and veggies (there is sooo many of them but dont forge that corn, potatoes and peas are not in veggie group), healthy fats (nuts, avocados, nut butters, flax seeds etc)
