i use to sleep 18 hours daily.now im becoming lazy and dull minded.i want to prepare a test very special for me.it is usmle for america.tell me the best sport which i can start tomorrow to sharpen my mind.

First of all, sleeping 18 hours a day is not an indicator of good health. And, as you mentioned in your question, becoming lazy and dull minded may be part of a more serious problem, as a medical doctor preparing for USMLE, you would know. I would suggest getting medical advice.

As for as the sport concerned, any physical and/or mental activity would increase the sharpness of mind as more neurons will start making connections, the production of neurotrasmitters and pheromones will help further in improving the sharpness of mind, unless the activity is too much to make a person tired.

squash or badminton

you have to make decisions in squash and badminton faster than in any other sport

unless you can afford a rally car

if you mean physical activity, probably something in the martial arts. if you are looking for mental stimulation alone, try chess.
