i want to buy a springfield XD off of gunbroker or some other internet site but alot say that they wont ship it to maryland (MD). is it because of the hi-cap magazines? ones like this one

Why? Because your Legislature doesn't trust you. Perhaps you should turn the tables on them - vote them out and put pro-gun people in office.

YES, The Maryland State Senate passed a law prohibiting the shipping and sale of handguns that have a magazine capacity that exceeds 10 rounds. You cannot even buy magazines that hold more than 10 rounds in Maryland. The only way such guns and magazines are legal is if you can prove they were legally purchased or owned prior to the passing of the state law...

I think in the Commie states you cannot have a more than a 10 rounder. I have a new XD sub compact I got a few months ago, you're missing out.
