Remarkably, most people accept "predictions" of events that have already happened. No matter how precise, those simply don't count, if for no other reason then because we don't know how many wrong predictions were also made. Anyone can guess right once in a while.
I would want a short list of specific predictions of events that have not yet happened, and an agreed-upon in advance criterion for success with each item, and for overall success.
Any items that could be influenced by the psychic would be thrown out. Any that were insufficiently precise would be thrown out. It'd be a LONG, DETAILED set of criteria, because that's what is needed to give any meaningful results.

Psychics can predict things by way of demon possession. Fallen angels are very intelligent. Satan knows the Word of God very well. The truth is that they don't last long. Now, if the Holy Spirit tells you something this will come to pass.

The correct numbers on the box score for every MLB game played that day. Predictions made before play begins obviously.

I dont like predictions
most predictions cant eliminate the possibility of self fullfilling
although I have seen a few that perhaps cant be explained that way
being told about a trip to brighton ... a place i really know nothing of
only for my mum to take ill miles from brighton while she was on holiday and the only hospital who could treat her was in brighton

He or she would have to make many specific predictions that come true without anyone being able to prove fraud. I would still be a bit skeptical, though. I believe the future is unwritten so it is impossible to see.

Well, for the call in types I would require that they not ask me for my birth date. If they were really psychic they would already know that.

Depends on what you mean by predict the future..
Forecast an obscure event in my life
Read my thoughts
Tell me my intentions tomorrow
Tell me when the war in Iraq will end
Again, depends on what/who's future you mean.

they would have had to know I was coming when I was going to arrive my name and have it all written down signed and notarized by witnesses that "I" deemed as reliable with absolutely nothing left to question.
If I were to raise my hand to slap them in the face and landed a hit I would deem that person as a phony because they should have seen it coming.
