You arent smart enough to hurt our feelings so dont feel so special. You have made yourself quite clear that you hate the Earnhardts and that is your right. It is also Earnhardt fans rights to like them. You dont post any intelligent answers about them at all nor any questions so yourself a huge favor and only talk about what you know!!!!!!

You, sir, are not watching the same race I am. To even suggest that Montoya and Sr. have even the remotest similarity in driving style is completely ignorant to both men.
Sr. drove hard and fast and could make 7th place cars finish 2 or 3. Montoya is driving way over his head right now and just needs to settle in. As for Stewart....that guy could drive a shopping cart and win....
I can appreciate a fan wanting to be heard over the din of others screaming joyously for their driver. But, I don't think anyone needs to be comparing apples to roofing nails and then suggesting that their opinion means more or less than others.
And, once again, I agree, mostly, with Crunch....(I too am concerned about Stewarts commentary, but that guy can drive)

I may not agree with all the above but I also don't like Jr or Sr. He may have said some not so nice things but than again if someone talks bad about the Earnhardt's people go crazy. How about all the negative things some fans say about Gordon or Johnson. Is it okay to badmouth them but not the Earnhardts. When some talks trash about the Earnhardts, people react like they are some kind of Gods, sorry but they are not God's they are just ordinary people like me & you. Go Jeff Gordon, strive for #5

I'm a Jr fan, a TS fan, and was a Sr fan, and I can agree and disagree with what you posted here. The reason I loved watching Sr race was that he was exciting. He was volatile. He was a great driver and drove aggressively which made exciting racing.
The reason I like TS is that he is exciting. He is volatile. He is very aggressive and makes for some exciting racing. This style of racing frequently involves banged up cars, a lot of tire smoke, angry people, and (although surprisingly not this season yet) trips down victory lane.
I like Jr because he just seems pure and loves to race He doesn't point fingers at other drivers or whine about stuff. Few other drivers would say "That's odd" after being spun at Daytona. MANY would have a tantrum. Few drivers would hop out of the car and bow to the audience after their engine gave out at the end of a horrible day of racing. Too many drivers cry and whine and point fingers when things don't go their way. In my opinion, he's a great spokesperson for NASCAR. He's had to endure some very ups and very downs to become what he is and how he conducts himself today. I can't think of a time that would be lower than finding out your father died on the last lap while you and your teammate had such a great day. One moment you have tears of celebration and the next you have tears of mourning. I can't think of a high higher than winning the next race at the very same track - not to mention it's Daytona. Both were tearful days, and after that, everything just seems small in comparison. Trials and tribulations he's endured (all in camera view) have made him seem like a driver that normal people can relate to. Although I disagree with you on his driving ability, driving ability is NOT the #1 reason I'm a Jr fan so it doesn't even matter that we disagree. So if you still think we're all sheep-
BAAAAAAH!

Not sure where you got the idea you could hurt a Senior fan's feelings and any vitriol voiced about him serves to take us back to the the "glory" years. We've heard it all.
Currently there are 2 drivers I pull for every race; Junior and Montoya.
I don't dislike Stewart because of his aggressive driving but rather his inability to recognize the idiocy of his mouth.
There's the pot, where's the kettle in this case?
You certainly have posted an "honest" opinion and have shown great personal courage in that you don't seem to care the facts bear no resemblance to your opinion.

I didn't actually see the post that started all this, but as a Jr fan, I can respect that not everyone is going to be his fan, but what I object to is just unnecessary bashing. If Jr does something assinine then by all means have at it, but don't bash just cuz you don't like him in general. I can't comment too much on Dale Sr, because I wasn't a NASCAR fan back then. Just keep the rude comments down to a minimum and if you must insult at least have a reason to do it. You mentioned Montoya and I have razzed on that boy to no end, but ONLY when he does something stupid like wreck someone, other than that if he keeps his nose clean, I don't comment on him one way or the other.
You're opinions are welcome, but please make sure you're answers have merit as well.

I'm at a loss for words...Justin D used them all.
I'm an Earnhardt Sr. & Jr. fan....always will be. Justin said everything !!!!
I would like to let you know..not 'all' Earnhardt fans are Tony Stewart haters....Smoke is one of my favorite drivers too.
I'm also a fan of Jeff Gordon...and most of the CHEVY drivers.
I have a lot of other drivers I like..(just wish they drove a Chevy).
Does it matter who likes who? Why bash drivers or the people on here for their answers. Just agree..to disagree and stick to the NASCAR aspect and discuss or give respectful answers. Everyone has an opinion..and not everyone is going to agree...WHERE'S THE RESPECT?
Boogity...Boogity...Boogity...
Let's Go Racin.....CHEVY Racin!
FREE THE EIGHT !!!
Yep..I'm one of his sheep.......BAAAAAA!
Re: the subject of 'opinions'....
You're apology doesn't sound very sincere.
(just my opinion)

I always thought Dale SR. was an ambomination to the term "race car driver"...he drove like a bootlegger drunk and being chased by the ATF, and relished his @ s s hole style of driving.
Last Lap at Daytona...things kinda had a way of coming back to one who dished out a lot...like Karma.

Whatever. Some people aren't Sr or Jr fans. You don't have to bash at people who are their fans.
