The easiest way to make 90 ML is by using a tablespoon. 1 tablespoon is equivalent to 15 ML so 6 tablespoons will make 90 ML.

6 tablespoonfuls of clean water (preboiled) is all you need to mix up.

There are 16 ounces in a cup, so 3 ounces would be a little less than 1/4 cup. 90 mL is three ounces, but 1/4 cup of medication seems like an awful lot. I would check with the pharmacist to verify that it was suppose to be 90mL and not 9 or something else.

You should call your doctor, that seems a large dose. The measurement should be spelled out better on the bottle. You can purchase medication cups with markings at your pharmacy. It is never good to try measuring ML with spoons.

Assuming ML means milliliters, 90 ML = about 0.38 cups. However, you should call your doctor to make sure.

3/8 cup if you're using measuring cups, or 6 tablespoons.
But double-check your dosage. I can't off the top of my head think of anything that's usually dosed like that.
