I have always been pretty skinny and in the last year I must have gained at least 10-15 pounds around my stomach and hips. I went from a size 7 to a size 11. It is only around my waist and I don't gain it anywhere else. The rest of me is still skinny!! How do I help get the excess fat off my hip and stomach area. Please tell me something besides just sit ups please. thank!!

sit ups will only make your belly look bigger because all they do is build muscle - they do not burn any fat
the only way to get rid of it is by doing cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min) - it will burn fat all over your body - we cant spot reduce body fat naturally
everybody have different areas in their bodies fat reserves are most likely being kept and yours is in your belly which is by the way more dangerous than having them all over your body.

You gain fat in that area due to genetics. I am the same way. I am skinny but have a "get" somewhat. You could have the best abs on earth under there but you could never see them. You just have to lose the weight. You can't change genetics. I guess liposuction is an option but, the same thing would happen again in time.

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and elementary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically in touch that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too without postpone. i will admit i've got not accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet quite often) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. It needless to say works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me using quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the help. i've got on no account offered something like this formerly because of the fact they are many times packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get began at present!

i am using a protein shake to help me lose weight for the last month & lose 10 pounds. So happy i can wear bikini this summer~ my waist narrowed by 2 inches~
