You take good care of yourself by not smoking, drinking and eating a healthy diet. You also take the time to exercise at least 3 times per week for 30 mins.

Well, I eat well, Salads, and a lot of meat(fish n chicken), fruit and juice.and walk alot at home and at the Mall, but that doesn't guarantee nothing. I'm pretty well at this moment. Thanks for asking, friend Jimmy.
