weigh 8.5 stone...
i'm also 15 years old..
If i want to get to that weight.. how long do you think it would take with that amount of cals... and is there any exercises to help me lose it without gaining horrible muscles???
please help.. and i dont want any one moaning at me cos i've been through so much in my life i just want to achiece this goal

You are so underweight.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
if you dont eat enough your body stores all you eat in fat reserves and uses muscle for energy - so you are losing muscle and gaining fat.
to lose fat you have to eat fresh, healthy, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours - you have to get enough calories for your body to let fat go.

You are under weight. About 175 pounds is where you need to be.

Are you nuts? Do you know that your body is going to consume lean muscle over fat?! Don't do that.
