Look for a no-kill animal shelter in your area and take them in. They'll take care of them and find them new homes.

You've already got a few great suggestions here. Finding a local "no kill" shelter is a good idea. Just make sure they really are a "no kill". My local SPCA tells people they are a no kill, but they put animals down all the time!
Are these cats friendly? Are they adults? Kittens? If you could put the word out that they need homes, you might be able to find homes for them yourself. Flyers with photos work well. Put these in pet food shops, vet offices etc. Just be carefull with your adoptions. Some people adopt kittens just to feed them to their large snakes...So, ask questions and don't be afraid to say NO if you think something is wrong.
If you can continue feeding them and get them to be friendly, the chances of getting them adopted will be much higher. If you can afford to spay any adult females, that would help a lot too. Some vets will actually do very low cost spaying for rescue cats. Some will even take a few in to find them homes, so try asking some of your local vets about that too.
Good luck. It's nice to know someone is out there caring for those cats. There are so many that get dumped every year. It's very sad. Many of them die of starvation, hit by cars, rabies, feline aids...All sorts of stuff. So, thanks for trying! I hope you can find homes for all of them!

If they are already weaned from the mother and eating dry food try to find good homes for them maybe some members of the church. If they are still being fed by bottles you should bring them to the local humane society where they will take care of them until they are old enough to be adopted. Kittens go very quickly at an animal shelter so they shouldn't be hard to find homes for.

You should take them to a shelter - there are plenty of no-kill ones around! Kittens will not have any trouble at all finding new homes, and a shelter will make sure they get good ones.

If you have any friends/relatives that live in the country, ask them!!! We always like to get kittens for outside to keep the mice out!!!

Or take them to the humane society to get good care and good homes.

Or maybe put up some fliers in stores, windows, etc telling their age, color, and about how old they are! Good Luck!

Four words:

Plastic bag..
Bridge...
SPLAT!

Ohhh, man. People will hate me. But it's funny!

Or do what the former "owners" did, and drop them off somewhere else. A church was a good idea in the first place, so you know they weren't THAT cold hearted.

Run an ad in your local newspaper for free kittens. Most newspapers will not charge you for free ads.
