what is it it called when someone hates human beings? if you speak only the badly about them is it hatespeech?

It's called misanthropy, and it isn't considered hate speech because it targets all humans equally.

Someone that hates human beings is the devil and Satan. Yes the devil has hate speech against all human beings and especially Christians.
