You have a history of irresponsible driving. At the very least, your premiums may dramtically increase. There is a very good chance your insurance company might drop you and also a good chance that no premium insurance company will insure you. This means you have to go to a high-risk insurer who will charge much more to insure you. What rights do you think you have? No company has to insure you.

3 accidents in 2 years?? Most likely they will drop you as a customer. You will be considered a high risk and have to pay more money for the insurance. I lot of times all high risks are put in a pool and you stay there until your accidents and traffic fines are clear. Something like 3 years without any infractons on your license or claims. In fact, I have heard of an insurance company dropping someone because they were in too many accidents, none of them were his fault. They said he was accident prone and used that to drop him. good luck.

They can refuse you coverage any way they want after that many accidents. Some companies have a Guaranteed Renewal Policy if you've been there for a while (State Farm does for sure). You will have to check with your company.

you have NO rights if they drop you. different companies have different guidelines, so its hard to say for sure what's they'll do. but their guidelines are filed and approved in whatever state you're in, so there's not much you can do. oh, and if they DO drop you, since you and your wife are married you HAVE to be listed as a driver on her policy, so if they won't insure you she's gonna have a hard time finding insurance too, unless u can find a company that will exclude u as a driver. but in that situation, you are absolutely not covered if u were driving and involved in an accident.

There are no laws forcing insurance companies to insure you. You can be dropped at any time. They get to decide how many accidents is too many. People that get into so many accidents shouldn't be driving anyway.

What do you mean by 'rights'? This is a free market system and your insurer can non-renew you anytime for ANY reason. You can't demand they insure you. What's the big deal? There are thousands of insurance companies out there...go find another one.

YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY CAN DECIDE NOT TO RENEW YOU IF THEY WANT.

YOUR WIFE'S INSURANCE WILL GO UP BECAUSE YOU WERE DRIVING IT AND YOU ARE LISTED AS A DRIVER.

HOWEVER THEY MAY ALSO WANT TO KEEP YOU AS A CUSTOMER BUT WITH HIGHER RATES.

HAVE YOU TRIED DEFENSIVE DRIVING BECAUSE IN MOST STATES IT WILL HELP DISMISS SOME ACCIDENTS AS WELL AS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS.
