The 6-week puppy should still be with his mother. Take him to a vet--NOW.

The Puppy actually shouldn't have left its mother until it was 8 weeks old or 2 months. Maybe its not completely weaned yet. You really need to take the puppy to the vet ASAP. That is not normal for a puppy to hardly eat anything for 4 days. They are usually hungry all the time and need to be fed 3 or 4 times a day at that age.

Take the dog to a vet.
4 days is a loooong time to not eat anything, especially for such a young pup. At this age he should still be partly on milk (either mother's or puppy replacement formula) and partly on puppy food. Not eating is the first sign something's wrong - don't wait for there to be other symptoms, go and discuss this with a vet and have him examine the puppy.

if he isn't eating and it has been 4 days he may die soon.
You really need to get him to the vets immediately. By rights a puppy shouldn't have left the mother until 8 weeks. At 6 weeks he should have started his booster shots and been wormed.
he could be severely sick and may not even make it through another night.
Please get him to the vets now

A puppy that hasn't eaten in 4 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! Take that dog tot he vet NOW. That puppy is way too young to even be away from it's mother. Not eating for 4 days is a major problem.

He needs vet. When an animals stops eating or drinking, something usually serious is wrong. This breed in particular is known for getting into things and eating them i.e. laundry, poision, etc. Get the baby to a vet!

Six weeks old and weaned I presume. I think your puppy has a tummy bug. He is probably dehydrated and very weak. Take him to the Vet immed. Puppies get these bugs and if he is not medicated he will die.

get him to the vet he could be sick he could die of starvation any time now a full grown dog can only last 7 days without food a puppy will be dead soon!

Take to vet could be distemper, parvo, poisoning, swallowing something wrong any # of things you could never know without taking to a vet

Get to the vet immediately you pet might be experiencing a disease that is like anorexia but for pets. If you've been changing the pet foods stop that now.
