She may have allergies or she might have inhaled something that she can't sneeze out. If you suspect allergies, take a damp cloth and wipe her down after she comes in, and it will help a little for now. But take her to the vet so you can help her get them treated.

Blimey there are a lot of questions like this on here tonight: 'What's wrong with my dog?' The answer is the same for all: we don't know, we haven't examined the dog and we're not vets!!

Maybe your dog has something up her nose, like a grass seed. This is likely if she suddenly started sneezing a lot after being outside. Take her to a vet so they can sort her out.

EDIT: I think the randomness of the answers on here clearly demonstrates why it's best just to go straight to a vet in these situations. I doubt it's allergies.

If this just started today, and she was in the usual places when outside, my bet would be that she has something up her nose rather than allergies or kennel cough.. In the West, we have foxtails that can get stuck up noses, work their way under the skin causing abcesses, and go deep into the ear. The vet has extra long forceps to reach them. Get her checked!

Did you just spayed the yard with chemicals!! or maybe you just took your dog to visited your neighbors that just sprayed the yard!! OK or maybe just allergic to pollens or something outside.

She may have what is called Kennel Cough. It's like having bronchitis, if so she should be on medication

my first thought...a foxtail. If you have foxtails in your yard take the dog to the vet.
