I, a Christian, have been "grafted" into the Jewish religion. My Lord - is the LORD God Almighty - the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Israel's God is my God!
The Messiah came and is to come again!
I long for the fulfillment of Zechariah 12:10, even as it is being fulfilled!
-
ALL Christians in Acts were Jews...and the Gentiles that later became "Christians"...merely became Jews that belied in Jesus as the Messiah.
Messiah = Christ = Anointed One

I actually think that they are great people,in fact, my best friend is Jewish. I have never seen anything wrong with them, and they are still gods chosen people after thousands of years. I believe that the Jewish religion is very god-centered, and it doesn't really try to slip other things in the mix, and I like that a lot. Overall there people just like us, and religion doesn't change that. So cheers to Jews!
PS. I'm a Methodist christian

I am Christian so obviously I don't believe all of their teachings. Most though seem to be good upstanding people. They typically have good values and live by the 10 commandments as do most people. Also once I attended a passover dinner and it was an enjoyable time. I really understood the Jewish religion more, and it gave me an understanding of my faith a little more.
I think most of them are admirable because they have to stand up for what they believe which is many times out of the mainstream in society ie.. kosher meals, different sabbath- etc...
They have just as much right to believe the way they do, as I have to believe the way I do. And I will always stand up for that right for anybody.

I have a great admiration for Jewish people. I believe they are chosen people. As a follower of Christ, I of course, disagree with the non-Messianic Jew's assertion that Christ is not Yeshua, but I can disagree confidently and respectfully.
I will be honest and say, however, that several (certainly not all) Jewish people I have met treated me viciously. I'm talking cursing, spitting, kicking...even though I treated them with respect. Every person is different. Some people wear the label "christian" and act like idiots...some people wear the title Jew and act equally ridiculous.
I choose to respect all people but not back down from the truth that I've found in following Christ.

M'self, I, too, am Jewish, but because I "met" Jesus Christ (About 35 or so years ago, when He completely and instantly - well, maybe it took 3 seconds - delivered me from a lifestyle of drugs, booze, cigs, etc), and because of that, I have been rejected as a Jew. But I see myself as a "completed" Jew - one who believes that Jesus is the Messiah (Yeshua Hamashiach).
Now, from THAT background, I ask myself, how do I (as a Jewish Christian) think about the Jewish people?
I love them. My heart goes out to every Jewish person, whether they claim to be Orthodox, Chassidik (like my older brother), reform, agnostic, or atheist (yes, believe it or not, there are atheistic Jews!!!). They are my brothers and sisters - descendents of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, and are all God's Chosen people, even though not all of them believe as I do, that Jesus was sent from God.

i'm agnostic, so sorry, but i'm answering. my step-family is jewish and live in nyc. i find their religion to be beautiful and have loved attending all of the services that i've been able to. i was just at my cousin's bat mitzvah, and thought it was great....the only thing i have a problem with, and i don't know if its the culture of the religion, or just the area that my family lives in, but they are very judgemental...not that every jewish person is, mind you, but the ones i've met are. i've been left out of things my entire life because my mother wasn't jewish, and they've also said things very flippantly about gentiles and "rednecks"

I have great respect for my brothers and sisters in Judaism. Without them, I would not be a Christian. I believe strongly in your heritage and rights as the children of Abraham to occupy Israel. You are God's Chosen and the people of the covenant.
As for the Christians who have suggested that you won't go to heaven, I would ask you to forgive them. God is faithful to his covenant and his people. Our Apostle Paul, who was a devout Jew, shares great love and respect for his people in his letters. He also promises that God has a place for the Jewish people in the final history of the world and that they will be brought to salvation.

I just see people as people. I could care less if you worship a bullfrog in your back yard, if you are nice and care about your fellow human, then you are ok with me. I think religion causes death and hate more than anything. I could give a flying sh!t if you are green, yellow or whatever. Just make at least one warm gesture to each person everyday and we all will do well together. Yes, I'm an atheist.

Christians view Jews as the chosen people of God and have a lot of respect for them.
We view ourselves as the spiritual children of God.
Jews live by the old testement, christians by the new testament. Jews live under the law of God, christians under the Grace of God.
In response to jews not going to heaven...heh, yes the bible teaches that only through Jesus can one enter heaven, but it also teaches that Jews are the chosen people of God and that they can enter heaven provided they live under the Law of God from the old testament.
Evidence of this is simple, in the old testament, one man entered heaven before jesus came to earth, he was jewish.

Christians, at least true Christians, love and honor the Jewish people, as it was from them that the knowledge of God came to Mankind. They are His chosen people, His inheritance, and it was from them that Jesus Christ came.
Unfortunately, some who call themselves "Christians" throughout history have performed atrocities out of ignorance and hatred (the Crusaders and Nazis called themselves "Christians"), doing their own wills in Jesus' name.
This has led to bias and outright hatred from some Jewish people toward Christians, as they believe that all Christians are like the Crusaders and Nazis.
But to them I ask this: is this any better than those who call the Jewish people "Christ killers"? Are the children responsible for the sins of their fathers in either case?
True Christians are genuinely concerned for the Jewish people, as the Law was fulfilled at the death of Jesus Christ, and with His death, a new Covenant with all of mankind was put in place.
The Law required a physical Temple and a physical priesthood, both of which were destroyed by the Romans, as there was no longer a need for them.
Just as God destroyed Jerusalem through the Babylonians after Jeremiah preached for them to repent for 40 years, even so it was 40 years after Jesus' death that the final Jewish war with Rome began in 66 A.D., after 40 years of preaching by Jesus' disciples.
If the Law has indeed been fulfilled in Jesus Christ as the Christians believe, then the Jewish people are trying to be obedient to a Law that God has replaced by a better Covenant. And if it has been replaced, it is no longer valid.
There is much more I would like to say, but I am running out of room here. If you wish, please feel free to write me, and we can chat more about this. :) I will answer your questions as truthfully as I can.
But in a nushell, with the New Covenant, God has adopted believing Gentiles to be His children just as He originally adopted the Jews.
Oh, and contrary to some "Christian" teachings, the Church has NOT replaced the Jews as God's chosen people, nor will they ever supercede the Jews in God's eyes. Jews and believing Gentiles are as one in His eyes.
