heir_to_Christ is right they have the answer above.

SORT OF ENCOURAGEMENT

You are never the same again after you’re hurt
You either crumble or you become stronger.
You either build walls, or you build bridges
It either draws out the best in you, or the worst
It can uncover the real you, or create masks.
It can make you or unmake you.
It can isolate you from people or bring you closer to them.
It can spur rebellion from God or dependence on Him.

When the hammer of life gives you a blow
Refuse to be nailed to resentments and pride
Let the pressure have you learn that
However, hard the blows
The hammer may bend you
But it will not break you.
The blows will only serve to bring you in place.
The One who holds the hammer knows…

Don’t let the fire of problems or temptations burn you away.
The fire may make you ugly black
Or yield it the gold in you.
The winds of disagreements can either scatter you
Or bring you closer together
After a fall, you can choose to dwell there
And let the feet of events trample on you
Or you can, with broken wings, let the Healer take you in His arms.
Till you’re well enough to try again and someday, soar.

Sometimes the breaking is needful
To take away the dross of selfishness and pride
But take heart, it is for a good reason.
So lift your head up high
Do not grumble, and don’t crumble.
Learn to see the good in things
And if you can’t, know through eyes of faith.
That God knows and God sees.
If God forgives, He also restores.
If He breaks you, it is because He wants to build you.
If He rebukes, it is because He loves you.
If He corrects you, it is because he wants to perfect you
If He takes, it is because He wants to give you more.

Matthew 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny[d]? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. 30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

Not sure what you are looking for:

Matthew 10
29Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. 30And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

Luke 12
7Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows

Matthew 6
26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

You have the answer above, so I will quote this poem

Said the robin to the sparrow
I would really like to know
why these anxious human beings
rush about and worry so.
Said the sparrow to the robin
Friend, I think that it must be
That they have no heavenly Father
such as cares for you and me.
