How do you walk up and down stairs?

I have a tough time and fall often :(

You shouldn't risk it. Have someone carry you.

Pick up your left foot, extend it out a bit and plant it firmly on the next stair. Do the same for your right foot. Repeat the process until you get to the top or bottom of the stairs. Then congratulate yourself on a job well done!
