i think it means that you are searching yourself and your soul as to what you should with your spiritual nature. the autopsy is the cutting into the body of christ searching for something that you can not find in the complete body of christ. so you are searching inside his body. in real life you are questioning your faith,your beliefs. try looking inside yourself. that is where you will find christ. the spirit of him. he is inside you helping you along the way. with every step you take ,he's there. with every doubt,he's there holding you to keep you from falling. this should not be a creepy dream for you you should feel blessed that jesus came to you like this to help you find your way to him. may GOD KEEP YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND.
