Life is full of small natural highs. My natural highs are holding a baby or a puppy, dancing in the rain, singing along to the radio, and laying in the grass wid a frend, bf, or crush to look at the stars. Whats your natural high???

Seeing my kids smile those really goofy full face smiles.
Having my hubby rub my back for no reason at all.
Getting a phone call from someone I haven't heard from in a while.
Hearing a baby first start to laugh.
Homemade cookies.
Finding the perfect pair of shoes in size!
Getting a bra that not only looks great but actually has a great FIT too!!
Smelling my moms homemade Chicken & dumplins or Chocolate Gravy & Biscuits.
Seeing my husband for the first time after 6 months of him being deployed.

My natural happiness is being with the one I love (my girlfriend). Spending countless hours together, alone. Not worrying about money, curfews, parents, or any repercussions.
Having a nice dinner out, returning home to watch a nice movie on the couch... making love then taking a shower together afterwards. Just watching my girl smile and laugh gives me the best natual high life can offer.

Waking up everyday and knowing that the same way I went to bed I woke up. Able body. sound mind, a healthy, smart, beautiful child, having a home, paying the bills (that are most important, LOL), knowing that I have a wonderful job. I could go on and on about the things that make me happy but living and loving, having a life, health and strength all make me the happiest!
