No. Liberation can only come from the bottom-up, not from the top-down. Only when general society accepts the ontological equality of all people can there be true liberation. Such a belief cannot be forced upon them.
That depends on what you regard to be true democracy. To the extent it can be brought anywhere, it can be brought to a Muslim country. But just like before, it has to be a bottom-up movement, not a top-down one.

Democracy can't be forced, it has to develop with education. Pakistan tried Democracy and failed in corruption, cause the people just weren't ready or had the ability to read different media. The country was worse than now with the military ruling again.
If you force something on a country, it is the opposite of what Democracy is all about, is it? How will people understand free voting, if it is under pressure??

I think there is more liberation for women now in Iraq than there was before the war. But previously, the Afghanistan war (which is still going on) was against the Taleban, and their treatment of women was atrocious. I don't know enough about the Taleban to say whether or not they are active in Iraq. Personally I think many countries treat their female population appallingly, especially considering this is 2007 and they appear to be stuck in the 13th century or thereabouts. I am also horrified about events in Iran, where woman are being arrested for dressing "indecently". I find it hard to believe this is going on in the 21st century. I think that Iraq is now more "forwards" than Iran is now in this respect, and this should bring about more rights for women in Iraq. Hopefully sometime in the near future things will be different.

I honestly hope that some form of liberation occurs as I do believe in Human rights, whether it be by democracy or other humane means

If democracy was the goal then it failed. All that happened was a secular ruler got replaced with a fundamentalist theocratic government.
And this should be in politics, not religion.

Sadly, yes. Pretty soon women in Iraq will be stuck in the rat race of professional work, never again having the privilege of doing anything as important as rearing children. Instead they will become utterly useless things--CEO's, politicians, office workers. Things an unimportant as these should be left to the bumbling idiots--men, like me.
And yes, women will eventually be free to kill their unborn and infirm children. They will be further degraded by becoming the objects of pornography. The dark smog of corporate enterprise will become the king, requiring the vast majority of the innocent masses to serve them for a wage.
Democracy kills.
