This bites are not a form of STD's. I know that they are some type of insect bite

why would you think about STD? just where ARE these "bites"? Anyway, bed bugs infect matresses, if you get a sealable vinyl cover for your matress you won't have problems with bed bugs, of course you need to wash your bedding in very hot water, or bag it up for at least a month in plastic.
If it is fleas, take your dog to the vet for flea control, bomb your house, and keep the dog off the bed.

Fleas make their home on your pets' skin and bite them. They live in your carpets and lay their eggs there if not controlled. Bed bugs appear if you have a dirty living style, and as their name says it... they are usually in your bed, since that is where you sleep. Bed bugs feed off of human blood, fleas off of animal blood.

Flea bites are red and look like a pimple, but are obviously not and they also itch. Given the fact that you have a dog, I would head immediately to your local vet and purchase Frontline.
