J* Read the story. The incest was in 1990. This time he's in jail for the rape and murder of a little girl. Had he been deported the first time, she'd be out playing today instead of being cut open in the Coroners office. How does that work for you as a concept?

Good link Wanda. It also says that 90% of "OTM"s fail to attend their hearings after they are released. "FAIR" has its good and bad features, but by far makes more sense than most of the other organizations.

speaking as the father of a 12 year old rape victim i think that if we start holding those people who let them "slip through the cracks" responsible there just might be fewer of these cracks for pervert criminals illegals to slip through.
i say it's the death penalty for all sex offenders.
and i want in on pulling that switch too.

If he'd slipped through the cracks he'd have hurt another little girl somewhere else. Only MONSTERS attack children and there should be stiffer penalties for this all across the board. But for the illegals to be charged with a sex crime and then be forgotten about falls on our legal system for slapping his hand and letting him go. If an illegal is arrested for anything other than murder or child endangering, they should be deported on the spot! I say repeat offenders of any sex crime should be eliminated, illegal or legal. But no more catch and release, these invaders need to go back to their own land. I just detest people that let others do everything for them, earn your keep. And stay the he*l out of my country!

While I do not blame the actions of this man on all illegal immigrants, it is sad to think that if he would have been deported as was supposed to happen, she would still be alive today - she was just a baby, an innocent that did nothing to bring all this on. Our immigration system is so broken, our borders are wide open. Chertoff has a gut feeling of a terrorist attack and yet no one will close the border gates and put up the no trespassing allowed sign...... We have plenty of our own criminals to deal with, we shouldn't have to deal with other countries criminals.

Not only incest but rape. The neighbors said he would stand outside and watch the children out there. USA needs to get their sh@t together. Who is letting these people over here, not like we do not have enough criminals that are citizens lets let this "sick" illegals here too... I think we should have a serious cleaning sweep and send them all home. Our country is poor enough we do not need them and their families on our welfare systems and kidnapping, possibly raping killing our children..

When Americans get darn mad and stop electing politicians that allow this to continue. The court system no longer protects the innocent/victims. It's time good Americans stand up to the elected officials and let them know we're tired of this!!!!

I think those politician need to be responsible for th crime. If an illegal commits a chrime and is not sent home, then I think the next crime he commits should be paid by the person who did not send him home . . and he should be sent hom then.
In these countries, molestation is a general practice, they don't see it as a crime. This should be tested prior to allowing them here, using live bait and a gun.

It is time for everybody to go illegals that come here and break are laws and get away with it because of democrates we need to man up arrest them and ship them out and close all borders .for two years then allow only tourist for no more than a week in are country after they have been checked out.

I think for illegals to be in the country they have to fight to stay here instead of our soldier illegals should have to serve out country not just live here and not support or troops wouldnt you agree?
