Very few factory CD players have RCA outputs.

What you need is a line-out converter. This connects to your speaker wires, and converts the speaker signal to a line-level signal that can be connected to the amplifier's inputs.

If you don't plan to replace the stock head unit, then the easiest place to connect a line-out converter is right in the trunk, at the rear speaker wires. You don't need to disconnect your speakers to use a line-out converter.

You'll also need to connect a remote wire to turn the amplifier on. Since there's no remote output or accessory wire behind the radio, the easiest place to tap a remote wire is at the fuse box. Find a fuse that loses power when the key is turned off.

Kaezoo is right, but it also depends on a two channel or four channel amp/speaker set up. Usually, the LOC have an impeadance adjustment on them. I have installed a few of these now and from experience, put the adjustments in the middle. If you hear some loud feedback coming from your amped speakers, lower the adjustment until the feedback goes away. This might happen when you turn the radio off while the car is still on due to the remote being hooked up to the ignition. Good luck!

It sounds like you run your hot wire and memory wire backwards or either ran both of them together....If you will give me your vehicle's year, make, and model i will get you a wiring diagram to match up your wires to the right ones.
