How do you take take an acapella and put it with an instrumental music.?

I want to take an acapella of a rap song from 8ball and mjg which is "dont make" and mix it with the instrumental version of "pop lock and drop it. How do you do that?

You can use Audacity, it's a free audio editing program. Just load both into it and then you can play both at the same time.
