I ask the same question everyday of life!!!
We have run out of money for "the people" so that we can "overpay" the military suppliers for guns and bullets (that we don't need) to string along a war (which we don't need either).
So, piss on the poor, the hungry and the homeless....that's President "what's his face" for ya!

Who pays for the medicine?
The doctor who sees the patient has given time from his/her life to examine, diagnose and treat the patient, not to metion all the school that the doctor went through and continues to go through
The Drug Company has spent millions on research, testing, marketing, manufacturing, and distrobution of the drug. How do they get compensated for this?
Basically health care is not free, someone has to spend a portion of their lives and or property/money in order to provide care for someone. and they should be compensated for this.
Keeping a ready military keeps us able to talk about things like this. it also deters action from enemies, granted not all, but more than you would think.
Without the military who would protect those providing and reasearching health care.
Healt care is not a right. The Constitution grants us the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. I do not see health care in there.
If the government does such a bad job running a war do you really want them running your health care?

Tell me the constitutional justification for public health care. I do see a constitutional military power though.
Personally, I think both endeavors are a waste of my tax dollars. How about ending the war in Iraq and cutting the role of government at home too? The government should live within its role and means for once.

First of all, we aren't paying people to kill innocents.
Second, why would you trust the big bad government with your healthcare?

It's called Medicare. If she's broke and that bad off, she should be able to get approved for government assistance.

As far as neo-cons are concerned, you're a burden to society. They don't want to help anyone who has fallen on hard times. If it was up to them, you would be off to the gallows.
