And the reason for the Super Cub being so popular besides that it's not expensive compared to other A/C is because of it's performance. A Cub with a strong headwind can takeoff in 100 ft or less when lightly loaded. They also have simple systems- little more than an engine, gravity fed fuel system, and some have a simple electric system. Add big tundra tires to the mix and you got yourself a great Bush plane. Easy to maintain but will accomplish the desired task.

Piper Super Cub.
Over 9000 built.
Edit:
As a proud Canadian, I know about the DH Beaver and Otter. But the question was the most common, meaning most numerous. There were only 1657 Beavers built and 466 Otters plus 844 Twin Otters. I have worked on all these aircraft and in my opinion they are the best bush planes in the world, even if they are not the most common.
And Pacific Coastal Airlines still uses Gooses (Geese?) on sched runs on the BC coast. I have worked on these aircraft also, but there are only a handful being used now.
I fly a 206 with tundra tires and a Sportsman STOL, and it is a very good bush plane, but again, not the most common.

Everyone forgot the DH Otter and Twin Otter they have been used for "bush" planes for years along with the Beaver. Heck you might want to add to the list the Grumman Goose and Duck as well, I knew of an "airline" that was still using these boat planes to get into remote areas.

Alaska has more bush planes registered than any other state.
You can check the FAA registration for Alaska, and count the different models listed. Check it out here:

I don't know, I would think the most popular "Bush" aircraft are the following;
DH Beaver
Avitat Husky
and Robinson R-22/44 (helo, I know)
I would assume the question is for areas such as Alaska, far West, Canada and the Austrailian outback (R-22 helo very popular down under in the Bush
