I wanted to try the Nutrisystem Diet plan. However, I am not over 18.
What else can I do. I didn't really want to have to work out constantly. Not that I am lazy, but I don't really have the time.
Is there anything similar to the Nutrisystem plan?
Thank You :]

You can try the Nutrisystem Diet plan with consent from a parent.
Most simular diets require an age of 18 or older, have you parent get it under their name!

The Nutrisystem diet plan is just based on the glycemic index. You can use the same ideas, without actually participating in Nutrisystem, and probably for a lot less money.
The glycemic index uses the knowledge that certain foods have a greater and more rapid effect on your blood sugar level (refined sugar, white bread, etc), while others (whole grains, for example) help you blood sugar level stay more consistent, so you don't have major drops in energy. If you do an internet search for "glycemic index", you should be able to find more than enough information to follow the plan on your own. You can also find related books in your local library.
Also, keep in mind though, most diet/nutritional plans (even Nutrisystem) strongly recommend regular exercise. Try to schedule it in advance. It will make it easier to fit in, and you'll be more likely to do it.

you can plan your own diet. pick one day a week to plan out your menu for that week. once you get to know what you can have, it won't take long at all. these sites can help you learn what is good and what is bad. eating the same thing most days will help a lot. I eat a bowl of honey-nut cheerios with fat free milk almost every day. I choose between one or two things for lunch. I have a frozen entree from either Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers for supper. I drink water all the time at work. I exercise first thing in the morning. do what works for you. it's not hard when you know how.

Don't have time? Hun there's woman with 3 kids (which is a full time job in itself) a full time job and still has "time" to excersice.
Walk more like instead of taking a short cut to your next class, take the long way and walk briskly, do sit ups on commercial breaks when you're watching tv or before you go to bed.
Normally when young girls diet, they lose the weight, but then they gain it back plus an extra 5 or so pounds. So it's not a very good idea just to diet.

I know you said you don't have the time, but it's easier when you exercise because you don't have to watch what you eat unless you really want to lose a lot of weight. However, muscles do weigh more than fat.
Just take 15 minutes a day doing crunches and leg lifts (as many as you can until it hurts). Doing that will work your lower and upper abdominal muscles, if that's where you want less fat.

If I don't really have the time is your exscuse then you won't be able to lose weight.
If that was true then you wouldn't be fat because you would always be doing stuff
