I need to be able to have someone simply click a dot in order to fill it in or unfill it. This dot has to be a specific shape, so a typical X in a box won't work. Does anyone know how to do this? Right now we're having someone click on a blue dot underneath, click format painter, and then click a gray dot above it; this is a pain, so I need to figure out an easier way to do it.

I was surprised first to hear the question that what is a bubble in MS Word as I am the wizard of MS Office so my dear what you are calling bubble is a radio button and it comes under a tool bar of 'Forms'. Simply open that tool bar and click on the radio button (bubble) and you will see one coming on the page, then you can use that accordingly.

Check this link out,

Its more to it in help and books but this is how you start.

Hope this helps !!!!

It sounds like you're trying to make a form. I use Open Office, so I don't have MS Office to explain it. But if you search Help in Word, for the term Form, and then look for information on how to create a form that people can interact with.

My best suggestion is to create a document using adobe. Most of the form fillables I have used and seen use this method.
