You can really play up the woodsy feel.
Name the tables after types of trees, perhaps ones local the the area
Add a few branches to the centerpieces or boquets
Under the water in the flowers consider floating something that deals with autumn like cranberries or putting upopped popcorn in the bottom of the votives.
I saw a awesome cake table once where they got a large atumn wreath that looked kind fo like a nest. A cake plate was put inside and it because an nexpensive part of the cake decor.
Find galvanized tubs. Hollow out the tops of any color apple you want and place tealights inside and have them floating in the tubs, it looks very cute.
Something that looks amazing and might cost like 2 bucks is to make your own napkin rings. Take raffia in whatever color you want. Then glue a few acorns onto those jewelry rings and slide them onto the raffia. For an extra elegant look pop off the acorn nuts to just leave the little "hats' and you can replace with a pretty bead.

1. A pumpkin flavored wedding cake with a basket weave frosting topped with fall flowers, chocolate leaves and cinnammon "spikes". 2. Antique lanterns on tables surrounded by baby grapes and grape leaves. 3. Put insant cameras on every table and a basket to throw them in on the way out the door so you can see candid shots your guests took. 4. On the way in have a butler give each guest a glass of champagne with a couple blueberries dropped in it. 5. If there are pillars or posts in the reception room, find some cream colored tulle and spiral it around the pillars with grape vine, grape leaves and ribbon 6. sprays of wheat or something similar would be a nice addition to flower arrangements 7. Good favor ideas would be votive candles with stripes of twigs glued to the sides or mini dried hydrangea topiary trees, or a very good jar of jam with your names on it and a silk fall leaf tied to it 8. Use cloth napkins with cinnammon stick napkin rings 9. If possible use clear glass plates with gold or silver chargers underneath....put a silk fall leaf between the charger and the plate. 10. Make ice bowls with fall fruits like grapes, cranberries and blueberries in them (the internet can show you how to make an ice bowl...they are easy. 11. Have a cinnammon chocolate fountain with skewered grapes 12. Drape the ceiling lights with grape vine 13. Floating candles everywhere 14. Pine cones can be used here and there. Have a lovely wedding and marriage!

Do centerpieces with pumpkins...inside the pumpkins put either a candle or some wheat stalks....florists have some great pics of what I'm talking about. Also for ur cake, have ur pastry chef put fall colored leaves on your cake made of fondant. instead of a gift table, arrange bails of hay in corner area and have people place gifts on these. For table numbers, use antique pic frames with pics of beautiful fall landscapes...these can be found online and printed onto picture paper.

My daughter and I did a fall wedding and got rave reviews. You could actually scoop out the pumpkins, fill them with flowers and use them for centerpieces. We used pumpkins, squash, and gourds, too. If you're putting a portrait on an easel, scatter leaves under it, too. We added berries and greenery to our flower arrangements. You might want to add some gold ribbons. Use votives to set a mood. Happy wedding!

Think about your menu and what you'll serve for dinner and dessert. Comfort foods with lots of harvest veggies would add to the atomosphere. Maybe roast turkey and candided butternut squash?
Maybe you can have your wedding cake be a spice cake with maple flavored filling. Or offer a pumpkin pie alternative to those who don't want cake.
Here are some other wedding planning tips you might consider:

One of the most beautiful backdrops I have ever seen for a wedding was when the bride and her mother went out and found several trees that had just turned or the leafs had already fallen off. (You can buy tree's that are almost dead from greenhouses at a greatly discounted price!)
They took gold fabric and wrapped the bottoms but then spray painted the tree's a spray paint that had glitter in it. They then put orange, red and white Christmas lights through the trees. It was AMAZING, and wasn't overdone at all!

I got married on Halloween and we had white pumpkins with Burgundy mums in them as the centerpieces we also had jackolanterns made out of white pumpkins on the Guest book and gift tables. For our wedding cakes we had cakes that looked like white pumpkins. (our baker used bunt cake pans). And all of our guests came in costumes.

I got married in October and I love the ideas you already had. There is a website www.masterpiecepumpkins.com and they have engraved pumpkins (with your names and date). I had one at my reception and everyone still taks about it. I highly recommend them.

I agree with Luv2Answer, that this is probably enough.
If you really want more, you could serve mulled cider, or have a pumpkin spice or caramel apple flavored cake.
For favors, you could give your guests caramel apples, or even those caramel-apple lollipops.
