2 to 3 small to med tomatoes

1 jalapeno
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
Dice the peppers, garlic, onions, jalapeno, and tomatoes and the cilantro, in to just smaller than bite size pieces,Than cut the lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice in you only might need about half of the lemon.

Summer Salsa
4 Lrg Tomatoes Diced
1 Lrg Yellow or White Onion Diced
2 Jalapeno Peppers Chopped
3 Serrano Chili Peppers Chopped
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper Diced
1/4 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1/4 Garlic Clove(Minced)
1/2 cup finely chopped Cilatro
1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
2 Tomatillos
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tsp White Vinager
Salt ( 2 pinches)
Pepper ( 2 pinches)
Combine all vegetables together in a large bowl and squeeze in lemon juice and vinager, sprinkle on salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 3 hours and enjoy!

1 can mexican Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 can hot or mild Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 small yellow onion
2 large tomatoes
1-3 diced serrano pepper (1 for mild, 3 for hot!)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (diced leaves only)

EASY SALSA
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.) or 5 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all above and let set in refrigerator for at least an hour until flavors blend.

In a food processor, put one four Roma tomatoes, one jalapeno pepper, one small onion or large shallot, a dash of salt and pepper, and (my husband insists) two shakes of hot sauce. Chop the ingredients until they are lumpy but not chunky.
Pour into a dish, serve with chips.
Enjoy!

Dice up tomatoes, whatever peppers you prefer, and some onions into a bowl, squeeze some lime juice over it, add a bit of sea salt and you're set. Add some cilantro, if you like.
