S-parameters explained:

For audio and low-frequency (lower than UHF and microwave) transistors, the hybrid-pi model is widely used and the parameters of the hybrid-pi model are quoted in datasheets. For UHF and microwave frequencies, the hybrid-pi model is of little use, so s-parameters are used for calculations.

You didn't give us the number for the transistor, so we can't look up the manufacturer.

Scattering parameters. They are used in high frequency circuits to characterize circuits and substrates. The reason they are used instead of the usual H, Y or Z parameters is that the H,Y and Z parameters require opening and shorting inputs and outputs to characterize the circuit. This is not only potentially damaging to active high frequency circuits, it's very difficult to achieve a true open or short; Therefore, scattering parameters were developed. Typically they are gotten by using a piece of equipment called a Network Analyzer.
