Come on people, Sounds like someone has a "DEBIT CARD" attached to our account and the debit is made to appear as an ordinary necessary expense. What crime of opportunity has occured(usually asscociated with a change in" hand")

But of course, if enough of you remain employed with "SSSSSSocial Security Taxes,"being taken out of your paycheck on a study and consistant basis.; and don't complain because you want to believe :
It is' going into your own private little "cookie jar"
That it is worth the sacrifice to live from "paycheck to paycheck;;" bearly able to eat, pay the rent , buy gas ..so, you have FUN ,sex, eat , watch tv,..and play those darn Video Games! and just look forward to the day you" think" you are going to retire and draw social security...
With all these '"Fatal Distractions " and being "TAX IGNORANT"....I suppose it would be very, very easy for; whom ever ELSE is running this country, other than who is suppose to be running this country to view you as a...POC

Good point Sinn, they don't tell you!...so we all have to learn what we are dealing with. Knowledge of our TAXES is our "ARTILLARY". I was able to locate 2 C.O.F.R(code of federal regulations )to defend myself when the IRS demanded that my pension check be calculated with my spouse's S. S. to determine additional tax..? I don't receive S.S. benefits. My HUBBY is the one who signed up for S.S. over 40 years ago...Not me! CFR 416-1212

You go on without much explanation but the gist of your argument is true. The government is stealing money from our SS accounts to pay for this war. There are as many private contractors in Iraq as there are soldiers and they get premium pay, again it is borrowed money that will take decades to repay. 70% of our itelligence comes fromprivate contractor, people that have a stake in keeping a war going. This whole war is a blank check for Hallibuton and other contractors and we are going ever deeper into debt because there is no oversight. Americans are being robbed every day and we don't even know it.

We know we are being robbed! We are not ignorant! What would you have us do? Taxes come out of our paychecks whether we want them to or not. You can't run a country on wishful thinking! In fact, I would be willing to pay more in
tax if we could get our men and women home and get our country back on track. How about you? Or are you just a lot of hot air? If you don't like the country you live in-pack up and leave!

I guess the question is what kind of bullets do they buy? The answer is the BIG ones. So big that they can destroy a whole hospital or kindergarten class. The modern armed forces and technology have taken all the fun out of war, man. Used to be that men faced each other on the field of battle and tested themselves against one another. Sure they raped, pillaged, and plundered, but they needed true bravery to fight. Today, the armed forces are filled with cowards. Look at how they whined (and in some cases even refused to fight) about no armor for humvees in Afghanistan, and the Afghan warriors were ridding freakin horses. Horses! I wondered if they cried and called their mommies to tell of how bad they have been treated.

This government would rather spend billions on weapons instead of health care for everyone. They are hoping to "gut" social security and medicare.
Most of the money goes to Halliburton. See how much PRIVATIZING the war costs. What our soldiers get compared to what Halliburton "contractors" (mercenaries) get proves privatizing anything costs more in the end and doesn't work. We are losing in Iraq.

The thing is that about10 bucks make it into battle field. And the rest goes to corrupt officials and some other criminals.

They spend money on whatever they want. They don't have to tell us what. Just bend over with the rest of us and take it!
