Kahne got a top 10 at Daytona due to pit stratgery, I dont think 1 good race will totally turn his season around. And its only practice maybe he never made a qual run yet

Kasey just ran his qualifying lap and now he jumped up to 28th quickest I believe...I can't tell the TV is to far away. They will turn it around. Some teams are doing mock qual runs and some are practicing for the race...you can't really tell. Practice is practice. Hopefully they will be towards the front during the race when it really matters. ^_^

I'm just happy to see Labonte and Andretti having a good practice!
When I looked just now I think Kasey is up to 24th or something. Maybe they will get the car better for qualifying later today.

My wife's favorite driver (used to be Ricky Rudd) and now that team can't get out of their own way. I don't think it's the driver. That team is having big problems. Can't finish races. Can't qualify good. And can't get any luck. They need to start preparing for next year and review their staff.

Pratice is just pratice, some drivers use pratice to check out their car, and get the feel of the track. they don't always drive fastest
during pratice.

Having a bad day. They might be trying something new that's not working.

He wants to be the new spokesman for Napa, so he doesn't actually have to be in any races.
