She has had them since she was 3. We have tried all the over the counter stuff, and been to the doctor. We had them frozen off and they are back again only bigger. What else can I do for her she really wants them off before she starts 2nd grade.

Jossa is right. When they get frozen off, if the root of it is not completely removed they will come back and or if you don't take care of them all they will spread. I had them horribly when I was a teenager and they finally went away when I got them all removed at once. They were around my nails, fingers, arms....I had about 15 of them removed at once. Never had a problem again.

I had them horribly as a kid all around my fingernails, and I agree the picking is bad. My sister was told they are viral and will go away in time and her sons did, but he did have them for a year or so, her doctor told her to keep them covered they spread by touch. Curad makes small circular band-aids that would cover them, it may help them from spreading and also from her picking if she does.
We lived in Washington state and when Mt. St. Helens blew we had ash everywhere and after playing in it (there was no way to avoid it, not my parents being bad parents, we have a good foot or more everywhere, it took years to not be anywhere we played) they went away, I have always wondered what it was in the pure ash that did it, but they went away within a few weeks. My husband has them on his hands and we tried with some of the ash you can still find today, but it did not work to much dirt mixed in I guess.

I had warts on my left hand an on my right knee when I was little. I was told that they will come back if we do not remove all of them. I was only going to have the ones on my hand removed. But we did as the doctor said and I have never had them come back. Does she have them anywhere else? Even leaving 1 can make them come back.

Duct tape. I know, it sounds weird, but there's a component in the adhesive that makes them go away. (Dermatologists use it.) Cut a piece of duct tape to cover the wart and stick it on there. Do not take it off. Leave it alone. When it falls off on it's own, put another piece on there. Keep doing this until it's gone. It may take the rest of the summer, but it should work.

Warts come from a particular virus and very often return. In time those that you are trying to treat may go away on it's own. Please read all of the information below. I know you can rid the warts but it takes keeping up with the treatment.

I have used duct tape and white adhesive tape, just seal the warts from outside air and they will shrink and go away. Good Luck

Let them go on their own.

If you want to take drastic measures, get them lasered off, though it might not help at all.

Does she pick at them? DONT LET HER.
